We do not accept direct insurance payments for therapy or consultation services but do provide receipts suitable for insurance reimbursement.
The usual fee for seeing Ms. Banks or Dr. Rohrbaugh is $200 per hour. Reduced fee and pro bono arrangements are sometimes available.
Dr. Rohrbaugh is an approved Medicare provider and has the capability of billing through Dr. Methvin’s medical practice in Woodstock.
We provide case consultation to clinician colleagues at no charge, regardless of whether this involves a referral.
